Getting Started

1) Install the extension

The first step to start using PBI Pilot is install the extension on your browser.

To make the extension easier to use, you can pin it to the menu.

2) Create your subscription

After installing the extension, go to the Power BI website (app.powerbi.com) and click the extension icon.

When you open the wizard, you will see the error message below:

Click the “Click here to create a new subscription” button and you will be redirected to a new browser page.

3) Accept the terms of use

On the subscription page, accept the PBI Pilot terms of use to display the usage plan selection.

4) Choose your plan

Current plans:

• Free plan: Up to 20 questions per month and display of advertisements. No need to provide card details, just your email.
• Paid plan: No limit on questions and no ads, costing R$290.00 for the annual plan (R$24.17 per month) or R$29.90 per month.

After selecting the plan and providing payment details, your subscription will be ready to be used, just like PBI Pilot.

IMPORTANT: Create your registration using the same email you use to access reports in Power BI.

5) Use PBI Pilot

The PBI Pilot configuration has been completed and you can now start using the extension.

It is worth remembering that the extension will only be available when you are browsing the Power BI website (app.powerbi.com) and viewing a published report.
