Terms of Use for Chat with LLM

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the language modeled chat (LLM) called PBI Pilot, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Service Description

PBI Pilot, developed by Power Embedded LTDA, is an AI-based service that provides automated interactions to assist with various topics related to Power BI data models. This chat is designed for use in the Microsoft BI environment online at app.powerbi.com. For a better experience, it is recommended that the names of tables, measures and columns be understandable in Portuguese or English.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use PBI Pilot ethically and responsibly.
• Do not submit content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory or that violates third party rights.
• Ensure that the information provided is accurate and appropriate to the context.

4. Proper Use

PBI Pilot is designed for informational assistance only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

5. Warranty Limitations

• The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the responses provided.
• The use of the information is the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Privacy

PBI Pilot values ​​the privacy of its users' data. We ensure that:

• No data provided will be used for training or analysis of the environment.
• Only the amount of tokens used will be monitored for the purposes of analyzing usage and improving the service.
• All data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy Policy

Power Embedded LTDA adopts measures to ensure the protection of users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

• Data Collection: Only the data necessary for the provision of the service will be collected. The data stored includes:
  • User email;
  • Tokens used by questions and answers;
  • Data model definitions (names, descriptions, and definitions of tables, measures, columns, and relationships in the model).

Important: We do not store questions and answers provided by the user or the platform, as well as data from the report itself.

• Data Storage: Data will be stored securely, with access restricted to authorized professionals only.
• Use of Data: The data collected will be used exclusively for the execution of the service and for internal improvements.
• Data Sharing: Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with the user's explicit consent.
• User Rights: The user can request access, correction or deletion of their data at any time by contacting the support email.

8. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Power Embedded LTDA is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information exchanged when using PBI Pilot. Sensitive or confidential data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or with the user's prior consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content generated by PBI Pilot is subject to intellectual property rights. Commercial use of the content without prior permission is prohibited.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated to users through the service itself.

11. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service, except as required by applicable law.

12. Termination of Services

Power Embedded LTDA reserves the right to terminate contracts related to PBI Pilot, upon prior notice of at least 60 days. In case of termination, any amounts paid in advance will be refunded.

13. Forum

This contract will be governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the district of Eusébio-CE, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
